Shipping policy

Deliveries are only made within the EU and to Switzerland. The shipment of goods is carried out via DHL GoGreen.

Shipping costs (including legally valid VAT)

The shipping costs are automatically calculated with your order.

Deliveries within the EU:

Up to a purchase value of 100 €

• within Germany = 5.90 €
• Within adjacent EU countries = 7.90 €.

Free shipping for purchase values of 100 € or more within Germany and adjacent EU countries!  

Adjacent countries include: Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic.

Up to a purchase value of 300 €

• DHL Express within Germany = 25.00 €

For Switzerland and other non-EU countries (e.g., Norway, Iceland, and Serbia), we charge a shipping fee of 14.90€ up to a purchase value of 150€.

For the United Kingdom (UK) and other EU countries (e.g., Sweden, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Greece, and Romania), we charge a shipping fee of 9.90€ also up to a purchase value of 150€.

Important information for orders to the United Kingdom (UK):

Orders can only be processed and shipped with a minimum order value of 135 GBP. For shipping to the United Kingdom, our shop displays prices excluding VAT. 

Please note that we only offer net prices for customers from Great Britain on our platform. Import duties, VAT, and handling fees are levied separately by the British customs according to applicable regulations.

Important information for orders to Switzerland:

Shop like in Switzerland. Delivery to Switzerland is DDP - all taxes and duties are already included. Shipping by Swiss Post. Prices are final prices including Swiss VAT.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany is within 2-4 business days. For deliveries outside of Germany to EU countries, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, an additional maximum duration of 10 to 12 business days applies. Please note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays.

If multiple items with different delivery times are ordered as part of an order, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time for the entire shipment is the delivery time of the item with the longest delivery time in the order.

Information on calculating the delivery date

The delivery period begins with payment in advance on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution or, for other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day. 

Return 

In the event of a cancellation, please return your order to us within 30 days. The return costs will be borne by you, and you can use the shipping service provider of your choice.
