Shipping policy

Deliveries are made only within the EU, the UK, and to Switzerland. The goods are shipped via DHL GoGreen.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

The shipping costs are calculated automatically when you place your order.

Deliveries within the EU:

Up to an order value of €100

  • within Germany: €5.90
  • Within neighboring EU countries: €7.90.

From an order value of €100

  • within Germany: free shipping
  • Within neighboring EU countries: free shipping

Express shipping up to an order value of €300 (unfortunately, express shipping is not possible for orders over €300)

  • DHL Express within Germany = €25.00

Neighboring countries include: Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic.

For Switzerland and other non-EU countries (e.g. Norway, Iceland, and Serbia), we charge a shipping fee contribution of €14.90 up to an order value of €150.From an order value of €150, we do not charge any additional shipping costs.

For the United Kingdom (UK) and other EU countries (e.g. Sweden, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Greece, and Romania), we likewise charge a shipping fee contribution of €9.90 up to an order value of €150.

Important information for orders to the United Kingdom (UK):

Orders can only be processed and shipped from a minimum order value of 135 GBP. For shipping to the United Kingdom, prices excluding VAT are displayed in our shop. 

Please note that we only offer net prices for customers from Great Britain on our platform. Import duties, VAT, and processing fees are charged separately by UK customs in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Important information for orders to Switzerland:

Shop as in Switzerland. Delivery to Switzerland is DDP – all taxes and duties are already included. Shipping is handled by Swiss Post.Prices are final prices including Swiss VAT.

Delivery times

If no other deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany takes place within 4–6 working days. For deliveries outside Germany to EU countries, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, there is an additional maximum duration of 10 to 12 working days. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If several items are ordered as part of one order for which different delivery times apply, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time for the shipment as a whole is determined by the item in the order with the longest delivery time.

Information on calculating the delivery date

In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank, or for other payment methods on the day after the contract is concluded, and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a nationally recognized public holiday at the place of delivery, the next working day shall replace such a day. 


Returns 

In the event of a cancellation, please send us your notice of cancellation. Use the customer service contact form for this. Send your unused item back to us within 30 days of receipt. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and you may use the shipping provider of your choice.

As soon as the shipment is on its way back, send us a message with the tracking number. We can then initiate the refund process.

Returns from the United Kingdom

To ensure that your return from the United Kingdom arrives safely at our warehouse and does not incur any additional customs fees, we need your assistance with one short step. Since the United Kingdom is not part of the EU, customs would otherwise treat the package as a new import.

This is how you can easily prepare your package for shipping:

The keyword “Returned Goods”
Please be sure to tick the box for “Returned Goods” on the customs form (CN22 or CN23) that you receive from the post office or your shipping provider.

A short note for customs
Please also write the sentence “Return of goods originally exported from the EU” on the form or on the outside of the package. This way, customs will understand that the colorful building blocks are simply coming “back home” again.

Enclose the invoice
Please attach a copy of the original invoice in a transparent sleeve to the outside of the package. This allows customs to immediately identify the value and origin.

Packed securely
Please make sure that the items are securely packed in the original box so that they arrive undamaged and can soon enrich a new playroom.
